Welcome to the EOC

The goal of the EOC is to provide information and assist persons who wish to become enrolled in college/training programs. Members of the EOC staff working in cooperation with a variety of public and private organizations (human service agencies, schools, churches, industries, civic groups) to identify and serve eligible persons who are interested in pursuing education or training programs beyond the high school level.

The Educational Opportunity Center main office is located in the Ellington Building on Drane Street on the Austin Peay State University campus. In order to better serve the Clarksville/Fort Campbell, Hopkinsville and Dover communities, we also maintain Outreach Centers within our target areas.

The Clarksville/Ft. Campbell Educational Opportunity Center is funded by the U.S. Department of Education in the amount of $353.042 for FY 2008-2009 and sponsored as a free community service by Austin Peay University. It is a division of the Center for Extended and Distance Education, Julia K. McGee, Interim Dean.
