Information technology Certification Training
MCP and MCSA Certification
The Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) credential is for IT
professionals with the skills to implement a Microsoft product
or technology as part of a business solution in an organization.
Once you complete the MCP certification program, expand your IT
skills with Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA)
credential if you want to implement, manage and maintain the
typically complex computing environment of medium- to
large-sized companies.
You may also choose the Microsoft Certified System Engineer
(MCSE) credential if you want to plan, design and implement
Microsoft Windows server solutions and architectures in medium-
to large-sized companies.
MCP, MCSA and MCSE exams are developed with the input of
professionals in the industry and reflect the use of Microsoft
products. It is necessary to develop hands-on experience with the product
before you begin the certification process. The Center offers a
three-course prep program for MCP taught by a certified
Microsoft instructor.
The MCP program includes
CompTIA A+ Hardware and Software, CompTIA Network + and MS
Windows XP Professional (70-270). These courses
prepare candidates to earn the MCP certification by successfully
passing the CompTIA and Microsoft exams.
For information or details about the IT Prep program, contact The
Center at (931) 221-7816.
Additional Microsoft technology courses are provided for
students who wish to pursue the
MCSA or
MCSE
certification tracks. (Dates and times to be announced.)
