Letter of Notification
The Letter of Notification is the first step of the academic program approval process. The Letter of Notification is similar to a concept paper and should be written with a clear and concise vision in mind. The purpose of the Letter of Notification is to:
- Determine if the proposed program is aligned with APSU’s strategic plan and mission
- Evaluate duplicate and comparable programs offered in the region
- Gain insight into the potential success of the program
The academic unit proposing the new program is responsible for the preparation of the Letter of Notification. For your convenience, please log in to apsu.curriculog.com to complete the Letter of Notification (Curriculog Form 7). Once you have launched and approved this form, it will automatically begin routing through the appropriate approval process.
