APPA Supports the Food Pantry

The Austin Peay Parent and Family Association supports the Save Our Students (S.O.S.) Food Pantry. The S.O.S. Food Pantry gathers and distributes food and other goods to Austin Peay students experiencing financial difficulties. Donations from the campus community help the Food Pantry serve these students in need.

Donations are accepted at the following locations:

The S.O.S. Food Pantry needs the following items:

Cans/Jars	Peanut butter Jelly Fruit Canned beans (no canned green beans)	Canned vegetables (no canned corn or peas) Canned meats (tuna or chicken) Soup Tomato products (sauce, paste, diced, crushed, etc.)
Dry Goods	Rice Pasta Beans (any type) Coffee	Breakfast items (cereal, oatmeal, breakfast bars) Instant mashed potatoes Macaroni & cheese boxes
Fresh food	Fresh vegetables and fruits	Eggs
Other Items	Hygiene products Dental care products Laundry detergent Dish detergent Reusable grocery bags	Toilet paper Paper towels Baby food/formula Diapers
