This course will cover how to use QuickBooks for your accounting needs. Participants should have a beginning understanding of accounting practices. You will work with a sample file in class and will delete, add, and correct data. Topics include: creating a company file for sole owner, chart of accounts, type of accounts, adding accounts, items and services, quick start menu, passwords, vendors, customers, employees, entering bills, checks, reports, memorized reports, sales tax setup, invoices, receiving payments, reconciling, balance sheet, void and delete, deposits, and refunds.

Lauren-Burton Ransdell currently serves as the Client Accounting Services Manager for Stone, Rudolph & Henry Certified Public Accountants, located in both Clarksville and Brentwood, Tennessee. She began her career at SRH in 2012, after graduating with a Business Accounting degree from Austin Peay State University in December of 2011.
Lauren is a QuickBooks Certified Pro Advisor, specializing in QuickBooks training, state and local filings, payroll, financial statements, outsourced accounting solutions, and multiple currency.
