Ling 4400   Teaching Foreign Languages in Secondary School (3)

Ling 4510    Capstone Seminar in Foreign Language (1)

Students seeking German Licensure for teaching grades 6-12 in Tennessee must take Germ 3040 Study Abroad in German-speaking Countries (6-8) or present evidence of an acceptable intensive experience abroad in the target language.

In case students take Germ 3040 (6-8) and complete it successfully, the 6-8 hours of  Germ 3040 can be substituted for two 3-credit hour German courses that are required for the major.
