Pi Kappa Alpha was founded March 1, 1868 at the University of Virginia and has grown to over 220 chapters and 150 alumni associations in North America.  The Fraternity has over 16,000 undergraduate members and 280,000 lifetime members.  The vision of Pi Kappa Alpha is to set the standard of integrity, intellect, and achievement for its members, host institutions and the community.  Between 2014 and 2016, Pikes raised over $4.5 million nationally and contributed 600,000+ hours in community service. Pi Kappa Alpha members continue to have a positive impact on their campuses and their communities.

Pi Kappa Alpha seeks to cultivate well-rounded men by challenging members to be the pillars of integrity and beacons of success.  Pi Kappa Alpha has remained dedicated to developing men of integrity, intellect, success and high moral character, and to fostering a truly lifelong fraternal experience.
