Welcome to the Help Desk! The Help Desk provides the first point of contact to the University for computing, networking, hardware/software, PC and printer problems.  The Help Desk staff assists University students, faculty, and staff with computing and networking problems; works with other technical groups and the Office of Information Technology to resolve more complex problems; develops documentation; issues computer accounts; as well as prepares and distributes informational and promotional materials.

Free Dell Training for APSU Staff and Faculty

The Office of Information Technology and Dell are offering FREE online training for interested faculty and staff. This training course is a basic course designed to better familiarize you with using your Dell PC and with the Windows operating system. The courses are limited in number and will given on a first come, first served basis. Interested parties should email Jeff Walton at waltonj@apsu.edu.

Clement Extended Hours Computer Lab - Revised Hours

Clement 121 Extended Hours Computer Lab will be closed August 15, 16 and 17 in order to install new computer equipment in that lab. Any questions or comments should be directed to Jeff Walton, Lab Manager at 6312.
