That a rescue was needed was plain,

‘Cause in offices it shouldn’t rain.

So we called upon Mitch

And gave him our pitch—

He heard and the rescue was made.

We want to say “thank you” to all

Who answered emergency calls.

“We’ve got a new leak!

Please come take a peek.”

So the buckets to HR you hauled.

David Lemons came over to see

With Mike as the project man to be.

They took just one look

And started a book

To keep up with the hours and fees.

Rotten pipes and mold quickly proved

It all had to be quite removed.

The asbestos and ceiling came out--

Replaced carpet with tile and some grout

After HR to Red Barn was moved.

The old furniture all fell apart

When Kelcy removed a key part.

Mitch agreed to new stuff

The old looked kind of rough

We’re glad Mitch has such a big heart.

So Marilyn helped quite a bit.

With the bid and with making it fit.

Purchasing’s got a good crew.

Somehow they all knew—

The landscape design’s quite a hit!

Cliff & Cecil moved us more than twice

And have been unfailingly nice.

“Would you put it right here?

No, No—move it there.”

A big “thank you” would not suffice.

We give you so much heartfelt thanks

Though you can’t take thanks to the bank.

We’ve prepared a few things—

Ivan might even sing
