National Distance Learning Week's (NDLW's) Online Scavenger Hunt
2009

The hunt has officially closed. Our winner is
Rebekah Claussen! Congratulations, Rebekah, on your new iPod Touch!
Last year, Austin Peay's Distance Education held our
first
online scavenger hunt to celebrate National
Distance Learning Week and to honor those who make distance learning possible:
our students.
This year, we repeated
the hunt during National Distance Learning Week, and those current
students who completed the hunt were entered into a drawing to win one
free iPod Touch! Thirteen completed the hunt, and Rebekah
Claussen won!
Ruse Clues
How does one find the end of the end
To an online scavenger hunt?
Be sharp; be quick; look well, my friend
For just one key'll be blunt.
Ciphers, riddles, and anagrams
Acrostic odes and cryptic clues
She's sly; she's crafty; she's cunning, my lambs
And the Trickster's her favorite muse.
Most cues are merely mental
But certain take web trickery
Source code may be instrumental
And remember your A to Z.
Some answers are bricks and mortar
Most questions take highlighting to see
Some links act like a transporter
And all things relate back to the Peay.
Here is the
very first clue.
