you are making application to the School of Nursing for
Fall 2010 admission,
the application will be posted March 1, 2010.

Part of the
application process is to complete
the TEAS test
and include the test profile page with your application.

Preparation:
A study guide can be purchased through ATI at
www.atitesting.com

IF YOU CREATE AN ACCOUNT
be sure that you record your user name and password as you will need both of these at the time of
testing.

Dates for the TEAS test will be posted March 1,
2010. Two test sessions
will be offered each day (7:30a.m. and 12:30p.m.) to accommodate 25
people per session.

Registration
reservations are done on a first come first serve basis. An
automatic appointment calendar will be used for registration.
Appointments will not be made over the phone or via
email.

PAYMENT:
Please bring a photo id and credit/debit card with you to the
examination. Payment by cash/check is not
accepted!

Arrive
at 7:30 for the morning test and 12:30 for the
afternoon test on the date for which you registered for the test. (Campus

If you reside out of state, you
should email Russ Durand

and
request assistance for taking
the test at a remote site .
There may be an extra fee for having your
scores sent to Austin Peay. Scores are automatically sent to the
school at which you
test.
