Fight the Freshman 15

Are you looking to get rid of, or avoid, the "Freshman 15" that somehow follows you around even after freshman year? URec patrons are invited to the Foy Fitness and Recreation Center to learn ways to eat healthier without losing taste and how to get the most out of your workout. Classes will be a combination of information and physical activity be ready for both. Fall 2009

Buff by Break

Buff by Break is an incentive program designed to give you the resources you need to get in shape. Classes consist of discussion followed by group exercise. You will learn basic nutrition tips, different types of exercises and how to maximize your workout. Group exercise sessions will vary each week, so come prepared to sweat!
