Buff by Break is an incentive program designed
to give you the resources you need to get in shape. Classes consist
of discussion followed by group exercise. You will learn basic
nutrition tips, different types of exercises and how to maximize
your workout. Group exercise sessions will vary each week, so come
prepared to sweat!
