Overview

Aerial Fitness is here! Aerial Fitness is a fusion of yoga, pilates, aerial inspired dance, and fitness movements/exercises performed either partially or fully suspended. This fitness program is for all fitness levels; every exercise can be modified to suit your abilities. These 6-week long sessions will be held on a Gym Court in the Foy Center. During the school semester, Level 1 and Level 2 sessions are offered. Level 1 is for those brand new to aerial or maybe just need to refine some skills. Level 2 is for more experienced participants. Participants will need approval from instructors before signing up for the Level 2 class. 

Aerial Fitness Level 2

Aerial Fitness-Level 2 is offered for the more advanced participants. Participants must meet certain criteria before attending. If you register for Aerial Fitness-Level 2, please be aware of the requirements below. If you do not meet these skills, please register for Level 1.

 

Registration & Payment

Registration & payment must be completed before attending any session or class, either online or at the Foy Fitness & Recreation Center. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Registration fee covers all classes during the entire session. Fees are only refundable in the event University Recreation cancels the program session.

Drop-in Classes

aerial silks - brody doing iron tIf you've been wanting to try Aerial Fitness but can't commit to an entire session, come to one of the drop-in classes! Participants must pay at the front desk of the Foy Fitness & Recreation Center and bring the receipt to the instructor to be allowed access. During session dates, participants may purchase a drop-in* pass during regularly scheduled level 1 class times.
