Class Descriptions

This isn’t your traditional step class! Aqua Step uses a weighted step and movements are performed in the water. Work against water resistance to get your heart rate up, improve core stability and challenge your muscles!

Classes held in the pool will end Sept. 30

Tone your whole body while being gentle on your joints, using water dumbbells, noodles and more to aid in buoyancy and add more resistance to movements.

This total body workout utilizes a ballet barre to perform small, isometric movements to burn fat, sculpt muscles and create long, lean physiques.

Get the best of both worlds with this sweat-inducing cycling workout and strengthening  exercises to tone your muscles. Bring water and be ready to work!

Work your core like never before! In this 30-minute session, your entire core will get a workout with stabilizing movements and strength training exercises using just bodyweight. So come and join us to add strength and stability to your abs, low back & hip flexors.

Check out this high intensity cardio workout with a twist! ABSolute Cycling incorporates a gut-wrenching core workout; challenging your abs, low back and hip flexors.

Group Interval Training will mix up interval timing and exercises to keep your body guessing! Timed intervals allow you to go at your own pace while challenging yourself with a wide range of cardio and strength exercises.

This class strictly concentrates on your abdominals, low back, hips, thighs and butt by using fun strength training moves to sculpt and define.

This isn’t your traditional yoga class! Power Yoga uses a variety of vinyasas, more challenging poses and an emphasis on fitness to make you break a sweat and challenge your body.
Get a heart-pounding, all-cardio workout using the step, body weight, medicine balls and more! Bring water to this intense, sweat-inducing class!
This challenging workout is designed to build overall strength and test your muscles using a variety of exercises and equipment, like bands, weights and more.
Cardio, strength, and core work make this class a triple threat! This class utilizes short bursts of resistance exercises, calisthenics, plyometrics and more utilizing an assortment of equipment  to develop overall strength and cardiorespiratory endurance.
 This upper body muscle conditioning class targets the chest, back, shoulders, biceps and triceps in 30 minutes.  If you are sick of doing the same old strength routine come to this class!

This Yoga class is all about movement. Flow from one posture to the next with your breath. Get your heart rate up while building strength and improving flexibility.

 Yoga is a series of carefully designed postures with a strong emphasis on breathing, concentration and flexibility of the mind and body.

This cutting-edge fitness program combines aerobic exercise with strength and flexibility-building yoga to create a total-body workout. This isn’t your traditional yoga class; YogaFit® combines traditional yoga poses with fitness moves like push-ups, squats and more! No experience required.
