Class Descriptions

Get a heart-pounding cardio workout in the pool! Utilize the water's natural resistance to your advantage as you condition your muscles and build endurance during this fun aerobics pool party.

Classes will begin again with the opening of the pool.

Get a heart-pounding, all-cardio workout using the step, body weight, medicine balls plyometrics, resistance exercises and more! Bring water to this intense, sweat-inducing class!

This class will mix up interval timing and exercises to keep your heart rate up! Timed intervals allow you to go at your own pace while challenging yourself with a wide range of cardio exercises. 
Cardio Kickboxing combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout will help build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility. Check out this fun way to burn calories and build lean muscle using fighting punches, kicks and high intensity drills. No experience required!

Get the best of both worlds with this sweat-inducing cycling workout and strengthening  exercises to tone your muscles. Bring water and be ready to work!

Check out this high intensity cardio workout with a twist! Cycle & Core incorporates a gut-wrenching core workout; challenging your abs, low back and hip flexors.

Group Interval Training will mix up interval timing and exercises to keep your body guessing! Timed intervals allow you to go at your own pace while challenging yourself with a wide range of cardio and strength exercises.

Challenge yourself with a fun mixture of cardio and strength training exercises in Hybrid Power! Burn calories, build muscle, and spike your heart rate with short exertion, higher intensity moves that involve utilizing total body POWER.

Pop Pilates is a total body workout that focuses on sculpting and burning calories to upbeat pop songs. This mat-based workout will challenge students to flow from one exercise to the next, strengthening the core and chiseling all parts of the body. Great for all levels!

This challenging workout is designed to build overall strength and test your muscles using a variety of exercises and equipment, like bands, weights and more.
 Yoga is a series of carefully designed postures with a strong emphasis on breathing, concentration and flexibility of the mind and body.

Take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
