Student Tribunal

As the Chief Justice of the Student Government Association (SGA) for the 2008-2009 academic year, I have primary oversight of the Judicial Branch.  Comprised of the Chief Justice, Associate Chief Justice, and five justices, the Judicial Branch is regarded as the campus' highest student court.

The Student Tribunal, which meets weekly, has the authority to hear student traffic appeals, interprets the SGA Constitution, By-laws, and Electoral Act.  We are collectively committed to strong ethical standards and adhere to a code of strict confidentiality.

As representatives of the Student Government Association, Austin Peay State University, and of fellow students, Tribunal members will hold themselves to a higher standard.

If you have any questions or comments please feel free to stop by the office UC 214 or email me at sgacj@apsu.edu.   I look forward to working for you throughout the academic year.

Sincerely,

William T. Moore
