Allow the Military and Veteran Affairs Division to guide you through the MAPP! Designed to support our Military-Affiliated Students, the Military-Affiliated Professionals Program offers personalized assistance, information, resources, resume help, interview coaching, LinkedIn profile development, training, and tools to equip them for success beyond the classroom.
The MAPP covers the following key areas:
- Career Readiness Program
- Tailored services to prepare students for the workforce, including face-to-face and virtual support to match individual goals and circumstances.
- Entrepreneurship
- Classes, workshops, and mentorship to prepare students for the competitive business market and guide them through the process of starting a new venture.
- Furthering Education
- Emphasis on opportunities for continued education, enhanced earning potential, curriculum vitae development, and internships.
Each year, approximately 700 Military-Affiliated Students at Austin Peay State University begin their journey into the workforce. The Military and Veteran Affairs Division is committed to providing a collaborative community that values personal growth, integrity, and academic excellence.
