At Austin Peay, we are large enough to offer you a broad range of educational and social options, but small enough to treat you as an individual. That’s because we provide all of the resources of a big university, with a small college feel. We serve a large population of diverse students with several degree options at the associates, bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral levels. Many of these degrees can be pursued on campus and online. Austin Peay also is working to support the region’s economic growth with several new programs that cater to the employment needs of local industries and the surrounding community.

Austin Peay State University is offering free reservations for its Dec. 7 observatory night, providing visitors a chance to explore celestial objects through state-of-the-art telescopes at the APSU Farm and Environmental Education Center.
The New Gallery at Austin Peay State University and the Center of Excellence for the Creative Arts have announced a new summer studio artist-in-residence program and are accepting submissions through Dec. 15 for regional artists within 300 miles of Clarksville.
Austin Peay State University's Department of Music, with support from the Center of Excellence for the Creative Arts, is presenting American Opera Adventures at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 24, in the Mabry Concert Hall. This event is free and open to the public, and the department will livestream the event on its YouTube channel.
