At Austin Peay, we are large enough to offer you a broad range of educational and social options, but small enough to treat you as an individual. That’s because we provide all of the resources of a big university, with a small college feel. We serve a large population of diverse students with several degree options at the associates, bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral levels. Many of these degrees can be pursued on campus and online. Austin Peay also is working to support the region’s economic growth with several new programs that cater to the employment needs of local industries and the surrounding community.

The Eriksson College of Education at Austin Peay State University celebrated its top students and graduates at the Spring 2024 Awards and Recognition Ceremony on April 30 at the Morgan University Center.
APSU alumna Patricia Angel has been awarded a Fulbright Fellowship to teach English in Austria starting this fall. As a first-generation college graduate and the daughter of immigrant parents, she is poised to inspire a new generation of students through this opportunity.
Dr. Terri A. Clark, associate professor of nursing at Austin Peay State University, recently published a study in the Journal of Christian Nursing that investigates barriers to requiring a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from the perspective of nurse leaders in Tennessee hospitals and long-term care facilities.
