Bulletin Review and Publication
Each spring, the Office of the Registrar publishes the Academic Bulletin for the following academic year. Prior to its publication, the bulletin is reviewed by the Academic Affairs Curriculum Coordinator, Associate Dean for the College of Graduate Studies and the Course Catalog Specialist
All course and program information is exported from the Curriculog software system to Acalog, the bulletin software system. This process has allowed the timeframe of publication to be shortened and the new bulletin to be available at the time of priority registration and first-time freshman registration events and assists APSU with adequately portraying program requirements.
At the time of review, department chairs and appropriate stakeholders, will be notified via email that the bulletin is available for edits and the deadline for all edits to be completed. When this email is received, an attachment for Acalog review instructions will be attached.
