Readmit Admission Requirements
With Transfer
Students may be readmitted to Austin Peay if they were in good standing when they
last attended APSU or if they have attended another college and are currently in good-standing
at that college.
If you are on suspension, you must submit an application for readmission even if it
is less than one year.
Without Credit
Students may be readmitted to Austin Peay if they were in good standing when they
last attended APSU or if they have attended another college and are currently in good-standing
at that college.
If you have attended another college since APSU, official transcript(s) from the college(s)
(regardless of whether credit is desired) must be sent to the Office of Admissions
directly from the institution. Hand-delivered transcripts with "Issued to Student"
stamped on it are not acceptable.
Non-Degree Admission Requirements
Special
Applicants 21 years of age or older who are not interested in earning a degree from the University may apply for admission as an Adult Special Applicant by selecting this category on their application for admission.
-
High School/GED/HiSET applicants – submit an official copy of your high school transcript showing graduation date or GED/HiSET scores with a passing notation.
-
Transfer applicants – submit an official transcript from the last college/university attended. You must be in good standing.
Transient
Students currently enrolled and in good standing at another regionally accredited
college or university may apply to attend APSU as a transient applicant and may be
admitted to the University for one semester/term. Applicants must request a Letter
of Good Standing from their current institution to be sent to Austin Peay.
An official transcript may be required if needed to document the completion of any
prerequisites required for enrollment in course(s). Transient students remaining at
Austin Peay will need to re-apply for admission and resubmit a letter of good standing
or an official transcript for a subsequent semester/term.
