Accounting Scholarships

Qualification Criteria:
- 3.75 GPA
- 28 ACT or SAT 1300
- Full-time enrollment
- Accounting Major
- Incoming Freshman
- Essay submission

Renewable Requirements:
- Non-renewable
The APSU Accounting Alumni Scholarship is a one-time only honor.

Qualification Criteria:
- 3.75 GPA
- Accounting major
- Completed Intermediate Accounting II
- Full-time enrollment
- Upperclassman - Already enrolled in the BBA-accounting degree program
- Submit a letter of recommendation from an accounting faculty member

Retention Requirements:
- Non-renewable
This scholarship was established in 2006 by Mr. and Mrs. Richard C. Bibb.

Qualification Criteria
- 3.0 GPA
- Attended a high school in Dickson County
- Full-time enrollment
- Accounting, Finance, Management or Marketing major (Preferred: Accounting Majors)
- Creek Wood High School (Preferred)

Recipient can receive this scholarship for a maximum of 4 years if the following retention requirements are met:
- 3.0 GPA Accounting, Finance, Management or Marketing major 
- Full-time enrollment
 
This scholarship is provided by alumni Larry Carroll.

- 3.5 GPA

- Completed Intermediate Accounting II

This scholarship was officially established in 2004 by former students of Dr. Wesley O. Fortner, Jr. The principal objective is to support and promote the advancement of the accounting profession.
 
Qualification Criteria:
- 3.5 GPA

- Completed Principles of Accounting I and II
- Enrolled in at least one intermediate or upper level accounting course in awarded semester 
- Full-time enrollment

This Pace Scholarship was established in honor of Lawrence Baggett.

The TSCPA - Nashville Chapter awards scholarships to assist future accountants with their academic careers. A selection committee headed by the residing APSU Accounting Chair within the College of Business will choose the recipients each spring for the following academic year.

Business Scholarships

The John Rolland Corlew Memorial Scholarship was officially established by Betty and James Corlew, Sr.

Qualification Criteria:
- 3.0 GPA
- Accounting, Business, Finance, Marketing or Management major
- Full-time enrollment
- Dependent of an employee of James Corlew Chevrolet-Cadillac or affiliated company (1st Preference)
- Resident of Montgomery County, TN (2nd Preference)
- Resident of APSU's primary service region (3rd Preference)
 
The recipient can receive this scholarship for a maximum of 4 years if the following retention requirements are met:
- 3.0 GPA
- Accounting, Business, Finance, Marketing or Management major
- Full-time enrollment
This scholarship was established by Todd Harvey in memory of his late wife Cindy Crutcher Harvey.

Qualification Criteria:
- 3.0 GPA
- Accounting, Finance, Management or Marketing major
- Financial Need
- Full-time enrollment

Established by Ms. Lucy E. Dunwoody in memory of her sister.

The recipient can receive this scholarship for a maximum of 4 years if the following retention requirements are met:

- Resident of Tennessee, Kentucky counties of Christian and Todd, or living within 30 miles of the APSU campus. 
- Be involved in university-related activities a minimum of four hours per week.
 
The recipient can receive this scholarship for a maximum of 4 years if the following retention requirements are met:

Established by the estate of Ruby Fisher.

This scholarship was established in memory of Ing. Giovanni Lucchese, founder of Florim. The scholarships will be awarded at an award ceremony with the recipients and representatives of Florim present.

Established in 2012, this endowed scholarship will be awarded with a preference to student-athletes who are majoring in business, have an established community involvement, entrepreneurial ambitions, and commit to supporting the scholarship after graduation.

This scholarship is provided by Mrs. Nichols in memory of her late husband Charles R. Nichols.

This scholarship is provided by the Hilldale Civitan Club in memory of the late Dr. Billy Thompson, Professor of Office Administration and Business Education.
