Where do I park?
General parking for commencement ceremonies is located in the Foy Fitness Center lot off of Drane Street. Handicapped-accessible parking is located on the west side of the Dunn Center off of Robb Avenue.
May and December Ceremonies: A shuttle will be available ceremonies held in May and December from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Please click here to find pick-up locations and additional parking.
August Ceremonies: Shuttle service is not available for August ceremonies.
Handicapped-accessible parking is located on the west side of the Dunn Center off of Robb Avenue (preferred parking) and directly behind the Dunn Center.
The Department of Communication films and produces a DVD of each commencement ceremony. You may order a copy of your commencement ceremony on DVD by filling out the Graduation DVD Order Form.
Depending on the number of graduates, the ceremony lasts approximately an hour and a half.
Graduating Students: When you arrive to the Dunn Center, check-in will be located in the front lobby. Please proceed to check-in and then proceed to the Dunn Center floor. You will be directed to your seat at that time. Please be sure all personal items are left with your guests prior to entering the Dunn Center.
Guests: Please refer to your guests tickets for Gate entrance and seating assignments.
Tassels should be worn on the right side of your cap. Students who are graduating with a Master degree or Education Specialist degree will wear the tassel on the left side of your cap.
