“One of the most rewarding parts of being an admissions counselor is the student pride for APSU I get the chance to see every day.” Jordan on what she enjoys about being a part of the Austin Peay community
  • Bachelors in Fine Arts from The University of Memphis

I am from Dickson County and went to high school at DCHS. Go Cougars! I was the first person in my family to go to college, and I went to the University of Memphis to study Theatre Performance. I fell in love with the idea of helping students in their transition to college, so I worked as an admissions counselor at the UofM. I'm so happy to still be in this role that I love, closer to home. There is nothing like Governor Pride!

  • I am the first person in my family to go to college.
  • I have performed at Carnegie Hall in New York City.

I believe the Governor student pride is truly something to see! The opportunities for involvement and growth on our campus make sure there is a place for every student to their mark.
