As a proud MNPS graduate, I have experienced firsthand the transformative power of education. Education is important to me because it holds the power to break down systemic barriers and dismantle historical injustices that have been perpetuated against communities in our own country. Education has the potential to empower us with knowledge, skills, and confidence to challenge and overcome the lingering effects of racism, discrimination, and oppression.
