Collaborative Admissions Session 

For 2021-2023 Prospective Dickson County Collaborative Students

Please submit the following information in order to RSVP for the Application and Advising Session being hosted by Dickson County Schools and APSU on April 6th. We look forward to discussing the collaborative with you!

WHEN: Tuesday, April 6th

                There will be two sessions, one beginning at 4:00pm and one beginning at 6:00pm             

WHERE: Bibb White Bluff Civic Center

1054 Old Charlotte Rd, White Bluff, TN 37187

                There will be signs directing you to the appropriate room.

WHAT TO BRING: Your social security number, Hep-B and Meningococcal vaccination dates, your parents’ email address, and your questions about the APSU Collaborative program
