This online form is available to update your application for Graduate Admission to Austin Peay State University. If you are updating an Application for Admission to APSU as an undergraduate student, please visit the Office of Admissions page.

Please complete as much information on this form as possible before submitting it. Changes made on this form will be reflected on your application within 7-10 business days.
