Community Conduct History

In an effort to be transparent and hold our groups to the highest standards, the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Affairs has made a commitment to share information regarding our community’s conduct history beginning in Fall 2017. Conduct history will remain on this page for three (3) years.

As a fraternity and sorority community, our organizations hold themselves to a high standard and recognize their impact on our campus. Accountability is a value that our students and student organizations hold in high regard. The fraternity and sorority community members are very aware that the actions of a few oftentimes represent the entire community, and so they frequently participate in educational programming and engage in tough conversations to prevent the negative behaviors from even occuring in the first place and impacting others on campus and each other.

The primary mission of the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Affairs in partnership with the Office of Community Care and Standards is to ensure a safe campus environment through providing an educational and restorative student conduct process. Student organizations who engage in any prohibited or unlawful acts that result in an alleged violation of University expectations are afforded the same rights and process as an individual student who engages in the same behavior. In accordance with the Code of Student Conduct, individual students, or an organization and its officers may be held collectively responsible when violations of the Code occur.

Any registered student organization may be given a warning, reprimand, placed on probation, suspension, or restriction or may have its registration withdrawn by a Student Affairs Administrator appointed by the Senior Student Affairs Officer. Organizations within our Fraternity & Sorority community who have violated the Student Code of Conduct and have been placed on probation, suspension, or restriction are listed on this page and updated regularly.

This webpage is updated at least three weeks after the conduct process is completed. As of March 29, 2023 this website is up-to-date.
