Alumni Legacy Scholarship

Supporting today’s legacies who are tomorrow’s alumni

The Alumni Legacy Scholarship honors those families who, over several generations, have found a home at this University. Your family believed in Austin Peay, and we believe in you and your legacy. That’s why the University developed the Alumni Legacy Scholarship, a one-time award amount of $1,000*. You are what makes this University special, and we’re honored to provide this award to ensure your family continues to thrive here.

*This scholarship, awarded through your Admissions Application, is a one-semester award to be used during your first semester at APSU.

Eligibility

Students must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the Alumni Legacy Scholarship: 

• First-time freshman or transfer students beginning Summer 2023 and after*
• has a relative that attended (or currently attends) Austin Peay State University

To claim your award, indicate the eligible family member on your admissions application.

*Students seeking a second degree are not eligible for the Alumni Legacy Scholarship.
