Recording Session Request Form

If you would like to request the use of the Mabry Concert Hall for a recording session, please complete the following form. 


Students must request the use of the concert hall for recording no later than two weeks prior to the requested date. Students may utilize their own recording equipment or ask the concert hall staff to video/audio record the session. Students will be provided with one complete recording from the session and students will be responsible for trimming the file as needed. Please note there is a turnaround time of 10 business days from the recording date to receive a final copy of the recording. Unless preauthorized by the technical director, the stage will be set up in the default recital setup (shells, piano, stand).


The following form is only a request and must be confirmed by the Music Department and Mabry Hall's Technical Director.
