Austin Peay Clay Target Team wins four team titles, seven individual titles at state championships

The Clay Target Team of APSU won four collegiate team state titles last week at the Tennessee Scholastic Clay Target Program championships in Nashville. Team members also claimed seven individual titles. Here are the honors:

Austin Peay State University alum Wes Kitts has been named to the 2024 U.S. Olympic Team for weightlifting. A former football player, Kitts will compete in the 102-kilogram division on August 10 in Paris, representing one of 592 athletes on Team USA.
