The Strengths-Based Advocates Committee is tasked with developing how we enhance our strengths-based approach within the division and across campus. These could include but are not limited to:
- Staff strengths development
- Student strengths development
- Strengths-based identity and marketing
Professional Development Committee
The Professional Development Committee is tasked with developing consistent professional development opportunities within the division. These could include but are not limited to:
- Core Student Affairs competencies
- New professionals series
- Book series
Orientation Engagement Committee
The Orientation Engagement Committee is tasked with developing how we enhance the orientation and engagement of new students as the Division of Student Affairs. These could include but are not limited to:
- Gov Preview Days
- GO Weekend
- Gov Road Shows
- Orientation sessions
Impact Assessment Committee
The Impact Assessment Committee is tasked with developing an infrastructure for and coordinating impact driven assessment efforts within the division. These could include but are not limited to:
- Assessment strategy
- Reporting
- Other assessment efforts identified
Division Recognition Committee
The Division Recognition Committee is tasked with developing an infrastructure for and coordinating recognition within the division. These could include but are not limited to:
- Annual division awards
- Monthly student recognition
- Values acknowledgment
