At Austin Peay, we are large enough to offer you a broad range of educational and social options, but small enough to treat you as an individual. That’s because we provide all of the resources of a big university, with a small college feel. We serve a large population of diverse students with several degree options at the associates, bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral levels. Many of these degrees can be pursued on campus and online. Austin Peay also is working to support the region’s economic growth with several new programs that cater to the employment needs of local industries and the surrounding community.

Austin Peay State University's Department of Chemistry will host "Crafting Soap with Science," a hands-on workshop exploring soap-making chemistry for students ages 12 and up, on Dec. 7.
Austin Peay's Full Spectrum Learning program has opened a sensory room for neurodivergent students. The space in Woodward Library features fidget toys, bean bags, and calming elements to help autistic students relax and focus. The initiative aims to create a more inclusive campus environment.
Austin Peay's College of STEM is celebrating nontraditional students, highlighting their unique journeys and challenges.
