Dr. Lynne Crosby is the Senior Vice Provost and Associate Vice President of Academic
Affairs and reports directly to the Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic
Affairs. Dr. Crosby's primary responsibilities include:

Lynne Crosby l Senior Vice Provost & Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs
Dr. Lynne S. Crosby serves as Senior Vice Provost and Associate Vice President for
Academic Affairs and the SACSCOC accreditation liaison at Austin Peay State University.
Her professional experience includes over 30 years in higher education in academic
administration, accreditation, assessment, student services, learning communities,
distance learning, military education, articulation, and planning. Dr. Crosby has
conducted more than 70 presentations at state, regional, national, and international
conferences. She earned her BA from Wake Forest University, MS from Florida State
University, PhD from the University of Florida, and a Graduate Certificate in Institutional
Research from Penn State University. Dr. Crosby currently serves on the SACSCOC Board
of Trustees.
Jasmine O’Brien holds a Master of Professional Studies and Bachelor of Science degree
from Austin Peay State University. Jasmine joined the Academic Affairs staff in May
of 2017 after working in the Office of the Registrar for 11 years. In her current
role as Curriculum Coordinator, she is responsible for overseeing the development
and modification of all program and course offerings at Austin Peay State University
and working with Faculty to ensure compliance with THEC curriculum processes and SACSCOC
policies related to Degree Requirements, Substantive Change and Credit Hour.
Lisa has been employed with Austin Peay State University since 2004, beginning in
the Center for Extended & Distance Education. She joined the Academic Affairs team
in 2016 where she serves in the role of Senior Administrative Assistant.
Andrew Luna Ι Executive Director for Decision Support and Institutional Research (DSIR)
Dr. Andrew Luna joined the APSU team in 2018 and is the Executive Director for Decision
Support and Institutional Research. He has served in higher education for over 35
years with 25 of those years in the field of institutional research, effectiveness,
and planning. Dr. Luna earned his Ph.D. and Master’s degrees in higher education administration
as well as his Master’s and Baccalaureate degrees in journalism all from the University
of Alabama.
Ashlee Spearman Ι Director of Academic Services and Engagement (ASE)
Dr. Ashlee Spearman joined the Governor community in 2012. She graduated from Grambling
State University with a B.A. degree in Mass Communication with a concentration in
Public Relations and received her Master of Science in Business Administration at
Texas A&M University-Texarkana. She earned her Ed.D. in Learning Organizations and
Strategic Change at Lipscomb University. During her time at the Peay, she has been
involved in leading several innovative initiatives, activities and leadership roles
including Director of Student Transition's office, Director of Quality Enhancement
Plan (QEP)/Learning Opportunities Center and now serves as the Director of Academic
Services & Engagement. She has served as a P.I. for several external grants, mentor
for the Achievers & Scholars African American male mentor program as well as a host
of other committees and student success initiatives.

Amanda Wornhoff Ι Director of Institutional Effectiveness & Assessment (IEA)
Dr. Amanda Wornhoff is the Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment
and joined the APSU community in 2020. She has experience in curriculum, assessment,
faculty affairs, and student success. Prior to working in university administration,
Dr. Wornhoff taught and directed undergraduate writing. As a first-generation college
student, she is committed to providing accessible, high-quality learning experiences
to all students, regardless of background. She holds an Ed.D. in higher education
leadership and policy from Vanderbilt University and an M.A. in English from Roosevelt
University in Chicago.
