Austin Peay Promise

But, for community college students, access to stellar opportunities at APSU are more affordable than ever, thanks to the Austin Peay Promise Scholarship. In fact, you could be awarded a scholarship up to $4,000!
Scholarships are available to all Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) Community Colleges and Hopkinsville Community College attendees, transferring a minimum of 30 credit hours, who achieve a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. While scholarships are offered year-round, it is important that you apply early to take advantage of other scholarships opportunities that may be available. This award is intended for first-time transfer students.
How to Apply
There is not an application for this scholarship. If you are eligible for this award, you will automatically be offered it once you meet all requirements.
- Apply for admission and have your community college(s) send your transcripts directly to us.
- In order to receive the offer, you must accept the scholarship inside your OneStop portal. Instructions on how to accept the award are in your scholarship letter.
Scholarship Amounts
Scholarship amounts are based on full-time enrollment. If you enroll for less than full-time, your scholarship will be pro-rated based on the number of enrolled hours. All recipients must enroll for a minimum of 6 hours per semester. This scholarship is awarded only in Fall and Spring semesters for a maximum of 4 semesters.
