Diagnostic Laboratory Testing Overview
The Diagnostic Laboratory provides a wide range of testing services to meet diagnostic needs efficiently and accurately. Below, you’ll find a detailed list of the tests we offer, along with sample requirements, turnaround times, reflex information, and associated costs.

Acceptable Samples: Oropharyngeal Swab

Turnaround Time: 15 minutes (Rapid Test)

Reflex Testing: If the rapid test is inconclusive (=), PCR will be performed (1 hr).

Acceptable Samples: Nasopharyngeal Swab.

Serum/EDTA: Can sit 1 hour at room temp

Oropharyngeal swabs and nasopharyngeal swabs: N/A, tested immediately.

CBC (Complete Blood Count) with or without differential.

Basic Metabolic Panel (BMP).

Urinalysis (with or without microscopy, reflex to culture).

Throat Culture.

Vaginal Wet Prep.

PT/INR, PTT.

Infectious Disease Panels (e.g., HSV 1 & 2 by PCR, RPR for syphilis).

Vitamin Levels (e.g., Vitamin B12, Vitamin D).

Screening for Hepatitis (HepA/B/C), HIV, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella Zoster Virus.

TB Gold.
