Untenured Faculty Organization

The Untenured Faculty Organization (UFO) in the Eriksson College of Education was founded in 2021 as a way to support and retain junior faculty members, help them make connections and successfully navigate the Retention, Tenure and Promotion (RTP) process. 

The Untenured Faculty Organization meets monthly throughout the academic year.
