Due to recent preventative measures taken by Austin Peay State University to stop
the spread of COVID-19, changes have been made to our Center's policies and procedures

Health and Counseling Center
Welcome! Located in the Ard Building, the APSU Health and Counseling Center (HCC)
offers integrated primary health care, personal counseling, health education and wellness
programs to currently enrolled APSU students. Our goal is to promote academic and
personal success by encouraging our students to be mindful, proactive and make informed
decisions about their physical and mental wellness.
Boyd Health Services is a clinic on the campus of Austin Peay State University which
serves to ensure the delivery of high quality holistic health care that is accessible,
affordable, and that emphasizes and promotes healthy lifestyles and behaviors that

Student Counseling Services offers a range of services and opportunities dedicated
to caring for our student's emotional and mental health needs. In counseling, you
and a trained therapist work together to better understand yourself, cope with specific
issues, and/ or improve you overall well-being. We offer a variety of direct care
services to students, including individual counseling, couples counseling and group
support in an environment that is welcoming, respectful of diversity, and caring for
