Receiving Your Documents

Per Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), I-20s and welcome documents may be sent and signed virtually (see 8 CFR 214.3 (k)).

I-20 requests

Once you are admitted, a DSO will reach out to you within 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday) to confirm your contact information. Once your information is confirmed, the DSO will email you the welcome packet within 7-10 business days. 

If you have waited longer than 10 days, please reach out to iss@apsu.edu so we can check your admission status.

Please note that unless you have government sponsor or scholarship, the form I-20 will list "Sponsor". No other changes will be made to this field (e.g. "mother", "cousin", "friend", etc.

Print your documents prior to your visa appointment and hand-carry these copies to the U.S.
