APSU Military and Veterans Affairs Resource Agreement

For Texts for Vets and Tech for MAS Programs. Please read the following:

  1. I have thoroughly read and understand the requirements for both the Texts for Vets and Tech for MAS student support programs.
  2.  I acknowledge that all resources (textbooks, technology devices, etc.) must be picked up and returned in person at the designated MVA locations. I will present my valid APSU Student ID and adhere to all specified deadlines.
  3.  I take full responsibility for maintaining the condition of any resources provided to me. Upon return, I will ensure they are in the same condition as when I received them. I will only return resources to an authorized MVA employee.
  4. I accept financial responsibility for any damages or loss of resources while in my possession.
  5. I understand that I will be notified via email only when my application has been processed. I have 48 hours from the time of notification to pick up my resources.
  6. I am aware that returning resources after the due date will result in a 90-day suspension from these services. Repeated violations may lead to permanent disqualification from the programs.
  7. I acknowledge that failure to comply with these requirements will result in a hold on my student account and may be considered a violation of the Student Code of Conduct. Holds due to unreturned resources will be lifted within 24 business hours of the resource's return.
  8. If I drop a class or no longer need a resource, I will return it immediately to allow other eligible students the opportunity to utilize it.

By participating in the Texts for Vets and/or Tech for MAS programs, I agree to abide by all the above terms and any additional guidelines provided by the APSU Military and Veterans Affairs Division.
