In addition to helping you successfully complete your academic program, we also want to make sure that you are successful in reaching your career goals. In conjunction with the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development and the APSU Office of Career Services, VetSuccess On Campus can coordinate important job readiness and job placement services. This includes helping you fully understand how to utilize your 5 point Veterans preference points for State and Federal Job applications, in addition to understanding and using your 10 point Veteran preference for Federal Jobs, if you have a VA service-connected disability rating of 30% or more. In addition, we can assist you with researching the local and national labor market, translating your military skill-set to match the requirements of civilian jobs, fine-tuning your resume, or refining your interviewing skills.
