Graduate Nursing
APSU's graduate nursing program prepares students to improve health outcomes and uphold professional practice standards across diverse settings, with a focus on positively impacting patients throughout their lifespan.
There are three concentrations in the APSU MSN program:
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)--Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Concentration
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)--Nurse Educator (NE) Concentration
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)--Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Concentration
FNP and PMHNP students in the graduate nursing program benefit from two on-campus intensives, where faculty mentors help them develop key skills for their advanced roles. Students find these visits enjoyable and value the social interaction with peers and faculty.
APSU's graduate nursing program offers a personalized experience and affordable education, with the lowest graduate tuition per credit hour in Tennessee. In-state students can earn their MSN at APSU for under $21,000 (tuition only).
