Transfer Student Leaders (TSLs)

TSLs serve as a mentor to newly transferred students at APSU. Once admitted, each transfer student will be assigned a TSL that will help them navigate from admissions to enrollment. Your TSL will help you through each step of your enrollment process by checking-in on you periodically. You will finally meet your TSL when you attend on-ground orientation. Here they will let you know what transfer events are planned to help you become engaged once classes begin.

Meet your TSLs

Toggle Marylou Hadley (she, her, hers)

Marylou is a transfer student that previously completed a bachelors degree; however, she is returning to pursue a B.S.N. She is a military spouse that also serves in the Army Reserves. Marylou is from San Diego and has lived in Alaska. 

Toggle Antonio Fields (he, him, his)

Antonio recently transferred to APSU as a freshman and is majoring in Music Education with a concentration in vocals. He plans to teach choir at the high school level. Within his position as a TSL, Antonio hopes to make sure students feel accepted and comfortable so they can be their most successful while obtaining their degree. In his free time, Antonio loves reading, watching movies and spending time with his family and friends- including his chihuahua, Bella, and identical twin brother, Andreas.

Toggle Jennifer Lindahl (she, her, hers)

Jennifer is an adult-learner majoring in Sports Communication. Her goal is to work within the NHL organization interviewing players and coaches. She was born and raised in Colorado Springs, CO. and has spent the last 8 years moving around the U.S. as a military spouse. Clarksville has been her favorite place to live. Jennifer is not a regular mom, but a cool mom to three kids (13, 10, 8). She has been involved with the ANTS Center for two years, leads Adult Café twice a month, is president of Tau Sigma National Honor Society, and writes for The All State. In her downtime, she enjoys attending Nashville Predators games, concerts, and taking adventures with her camera.

Toggle Chelsae Thompson (she, her, hers)

Chelsae is an adult-student learning majoring in Finance. As a military spouse and mom of five (13, 11, 10, 8, 5) she seeks to use her degree to work as a financial counselor with the military. With dreams of furthering her education and working in academia. While having spent most of her formative years living in Louisville, KY, she has spent the last 12 years moving around the United States with her family.
