Form for TAF Proposal Submission

Please use the form below to submit your Technology Access Fee (TAF) proposal. Projects funded by TAF should be for direct student benefit using a wide array of technology services and resources, including but not limited to,

Proposals that have been previously sent to the TAF committee and have not been funded must be resubmitted to be considered for funding. TAF proposals for lab operating and student workers in existing computer labs will not be considered. The TAF committee has implemented procedures that will fund existing labs and student workers in labs.

Describe how and where the funds will be used, including what the purchased technology will do and why it is needed
Provide an itemized list of the cost and number of each component of the proposal. Please provide a total cost for the entire proposal as well. If a proposal is for a project that spans more than one year, please provide information about the cost for each year.
Single payment or annual reoccurring payments*
Some proposals are for items that are only funded for one year. Other proposals are for items that need to be funded on an annual basis for 2 or more years. Please indicate the number of years that this proposal's funding need to be covered and please be sure to describe the annual breakdown in the proposal budget. NOTE: Proposals that are funded for 2 or 3 years do not need to be resubmitted until after the third year.
