TPA 2025 Conference
The 120th meeting of the TPA will be February 20-22, 2025, at Freed Hardeman University.
The theme for 2025 is the Mysterious.
Papers on theme will cover literature of the mysterious appearing in TPA fields of study: literature, film, languages, linguistics, new media, criticism, rhetoric, composition, and pedagogy.
Papers addressing the year’s theme will receive first consideration for publication in the TPA Bulletin; however, papers on any subject in literature, English pedagogy, or diverse media are welcome for presentation. Abstracts for papers dealing with any aspect of literature, language, and linguistics (including foreign language) should be from 100 to 200 words. Papers must be kept to a twenty-minute (20-minute) reading time, not to exceed ten (10) pages. Papers should be written and read in English. Panel proposals (3-5 members) should be no more than two (2) pages. Panels are for one-hour sessions.

If you do not pay online, the deadline for mailing your fee is February 1, 2024.
