Why study Real Estate

Real estate is a prominent sector in every economy, with growing opportunities available for students. Adding a real estate concentration to a traditional finance degree gives graduates a competitive edge in the job market.

Students will learn and analyze phases of real estate development, the practical application of market analysis, key metrics in real estate underwriting, and financial analysis. They will also examine trends in real estate development.

Program Highlights

Faculty in this degree program have a Ph.D. or DBA in finance, and some have extensive expertise in real estate. They regularly publish in top academic journals in real estate and related disciplines. In addition, professional realtors and business owners take turns delivering seminar-style lectures to students on the current state of affairs and best practices in the real estate sector.
