HCM Conference Room Pilot 3 (CRP#3) and ERP User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is the next phase of the Govs Suite project implementation set to begin in May 2025.
ERP Conference Room Pilot 3 (CRP #3) for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) was completed on March 5th, 2025. It was our third cloud-based Oracle solution test run to finalize all functional requirements and verify technical configurations. Key end-users tested Govs Suite and helped us:
- Validate systems configurations
- Identify any new functional requirements
- Convert all master and some transaction data
- Lead and run system test scripts to verify data outputs and provide feedback to improve administrative processes
HCM Conference Room Pilot 2 (CRP#2) for Human Capital Management was completed on March 5th, 2025. It was our second cloud-based Oracle solution test run to finalize all functional requirements and verify technical configurations. Key end-users tested Govs Suite and helped us:

On March 17, 2025, we kicked-off our first Govs Suite ERP training with a session for General Ledger Admin users. Over the month of April, training sessions will be conducted for several ERP related topics. In the fall, we will conduct more ERP training sessions for those individuals that may have missed this opportunity, as well as, begin training for HCM.
The insights from HCM CRP #3 & ERP UAT will guide our next steps as we continue to design and configure the new system. Here's the plan:
- HCM CRP #3: May 2025
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): May/August 2025
- Full Implementation: July/October 2025

ERP Conference Room Pilot 2 (CRP #2) for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) was completed on Nov. 22, 2024. It was our second cloud-based Oracle solution test run to finalize all functional requirements and verify technical configurations. Key end-users tested Govs Suite and helped us:
- Validate systems configurations
- Identify any new functional requirements
- Convert all master and some transaction data
- Lead and run system test scripts to verify data outputs and provide feedback to improve administrative processes
On December 16, 2024, we conducted a kickoff meeting with our training partner, TAM, who will help to install Oracle Guided Learning. Over the next several months, project team members will work with TAM to determine which guides and other features will be used to provide in-application assistance for all end users.
The insights from HCM CRP #2 & ERP CRP# 3 will guide our next steps as we continue to design and configure the new system. Here's the plan:
- HCM CRP #3: May 2025
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): May/August 2025
- Full Implementation: July/October 2025

Conference Room Pilot 1 (CRP #1) for Human Capital Management (HCM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) was completed on Aug. 12, 2024. CRP #1 was our first cloud-based Oracle solution trial run. Key end-users tested the initial system design, which helped us:
- Understand how Govs Suite will meet our business needs
- Identify ways the new system will improve our administrative processes
- Recognize manual processes that can be automated
- Identify system gaps that need addressing
The insights from CRP #1 will guide our next steps as we continue to design and configure the new system. Here's the plan:
- CRP #2: October/January 2024
- CRP #3: January/May 2025
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): March/August 2025
- Full Implementation: April/October 2025
Conference Room Pilot 1 (CRP #1) is the next phase of the Govs Suite project implementation. Discovery sessions began in April to understand software design requirements. Now, in May technical configurations are being mapped in preparation for the initial pilot testing that will take place in June. CRP #1 will take place in a controlled environment with respective end-users to test initial system design and kick-start user readiness.
