IE Planning Forms

The Institutional Effectiveness planning process has moved to Microsoft Teams, a cloud-based collaboration platform already used at APSU.

All Institutional Effectiveness units are required to use the "IE Planning" area in Microsoft Teams to view and submit IE plans and reports. 

Deans, Associate Deans, Department Chairs, Division Heads, and Assessment Coordinators have access to the IE Planning Team in Microsoft Teams.

To request access to the IE Planning Team in Microsoft Teams or to request other assistance, complete the IEA Service Request.

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment extracted Institutional Effectiveness records from Nuventive for storage. If you need assistance locating Institutional Effectiveness records from Nuventive, submit an IEA Service Request .
