Accommodations

Dormitory: Austin Peay State University offers dormitory accommodations for those attending the William Bennett Summer Flute Academy beginning on Monday, June 15 and ending on Monday, June 22.  The air-conditioned dorms feature suites with single rooms, two people per bathroom, internet, kitchenette, and are within close proximity to the Music building.  The fee for the week is $165 and reservations must be confirmed with payment by June 1, 2020.  Those that plan to stay in the dorms will need to provide extra long twin sheets, a pillow, and towels.  You may also wish to bring a blanket.  These items can be provided for an additional $50.  

Hotels/Motels: There are a number of hotels/motels near Austin Peay State University.  You will need to have a car if you choose this options.  

Meals: For $145, attendees may purchase a meal package that includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner beginning Tuesday breakfast and concluding with Sunday dinner in the APSU Cafe.  (Monday, June 15 is a Bar-B-Que) Breakfast is a full breakfast and lunch and dinner include salad bar and a hot plate option.

While on campus, attendees who do not purchase a meal ticket may purchase individual meals on campus at Einstein's Bagel and Subway.  Clarksville also has a variety of fast-food and full-service restaurants within a few minutes walk from campus.
