Registration Process

With our 7 1/2 week terms, our registration process is different than the Clarksville campus. Make sure that you follow the necessary steps to ensure you are fully registered for classes. 


Fall II Registration Event

The Fort Campbell Center is hosting registration days for your convenience. During these days you will be able to receive information about Tutoring, VA, FASFA, and much more! We will have representatives from different offices on campus as well as everything you may need to get registered for your Fall 2018 semesters. September 24 & 25, 2018 and October 11 & 12, 2018 08:00 to 4:30 Located in Army Education Center, Building 202, Room 140



As a student, you will need to be advised before you can register for your classes. We do have advisors on our campus for your convenience.

For Professional studies, Culinary, and Leadership and Organizational Admin,  contact Darci Bateman at for advising. 


If your major is in the College of Business, contact the College of Business  to be advised. 


For Liberal Arts, Pre-Requisites, and other majors, APCFC has advisors for your convenience. We take walk-ins Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm based on availability in the Austin Peay Building (203). If you are unable to come in feel free to contact us at and we will get you in touch with an advisor. 

Do you need a Prior Credit Evaluation in order to receive your VA benefits? No problem!


All you will need to do is contact the department of your major. They will be able to do that for you!

If you’re an active duty service member utilizing tuition assistance, you’ll use the GoArmyEd portal to register for classes and drop classes. To gain access to GoArmyEd, speak with an Army Career Counselor which are located in the Education Center (Building 202) on base. 


You must register BEFORE the classes begin. 


Once you are advised, you are able to registered for your classes. If you have further questions, Austin Peay has a GoArmyEd point of contact, that is available Monday-Friday located in the Army Education Center.

If you register for classes through OneStop, you MUST confirm them! If you do not do this by the confirm date for that term, your classes will be dropped.
