Executive Director and Chief Human Resources Officer
Responsible for human resource policy and procedures within the University to include employment, compensation, personnel actions, benefits, training, budgeting, Banner HR, problem resolution and customer service.     (931) 221-7179

Anthony Roark

Human Resources Systems Administrator
The Human Resources Systems Administrator reports to the Executive Director and is the chief point of contact between Human Resources, Information Technology and systems vendors. The incumbent works on interfaces for Banner, PeopleAdmin, and other processes and serves as the primary contact for process issues and end user support, and prepares most internal and external reports from the department.     (931) 221-7356


Angie Judish

Benefits Manager
Responsible for university wide employee benefits programs.  Coordinates with Benefits Administration in the reconciliation and administration of health, dental, vision, and life insurance programs and RetireReadyTN regarding retirement enrollment and payment of benefits.  Communicates with current, prospective, previous, and retired employees to clarify questions regarding benefits     (931) 221-7013



Human Resources Benefits Assistant
Responsible for assisting the benefits manager with insurance and benefit questions. Meet with new employees to discuss benefits available to them, as well as answering questions for current employees. Responsible for balancing Edison liability accounts and rectifying any billing discrepancies. Assist benefits manager with Staff Service Awards, Retiree Dinner and Benefits Fair.     (931) 221-7180


Allison Parker

Human Resources Assistant I
Responsible for overview of adjunct/overload assignments, maintenance of user accounts for applicant tracking and processing, assisting with employee benefits, coordinating status of non-faculty personnel searches,  all job data entry in payroll system and customer service.     (931) 221-7181

Personnel Assistant
Responsible for advertisement of student positions, data entry of student assignments, employee evaluation process and customer service.     (931) 221-7619


Marian Perron

Training Specialist
The Training Specialist works directly for the Executive Director; performs duties with regard to employment, training and development opportunities, report preparation, data entry, and administrative support.     (931) 221-6295


Student Workers
